Methodology

Phase 2 on-chain look-through

Firelight remains ERC-4626 compatible, but Phase 2 deliberately uses delayed exits: standard Withdraw is not the live withdrawal lifecycle. FlareSignal reads vault state and depositLimit() at the same canonical block, tracks Deposit, WithdrawRequest, CompleteWithdraw, PayoutExecuted and ActiveIncidentUpdated, and discovers the cover allocator only through contract-role and vault-address verification. Claim completion is not counted as a second capital exit.
