WFLR and WSGB remain transferable. The metric says tokens are measurably represented in a network participation state.

Locked / restricted is narrower.

Flare P-chain stake is shown separately as the current provable locked/restricted floor. It is not conflated with wrapped participation.

FTSO weight is not added twice.

FSP WNat provider weight overlaps wrapped supply and therefore remains a contextual participation ratio.

Exchange volume is not exchange balance.

Official exchange APIs establish trading activity. Exchange-held supply requires separately verified blockchain addresses.
