Permanent means permanent.

Material events promoted into Event Intelligence are retained as research records rather than aging out with the rolling LIVE feed.

Time precision stays visible.

Date-level curated events are not presented as if FlareSignal knows an exact intraday catalyst timestamp.

Outcome windows use canonical observations.

Baseline and follow-up checkpoints reuse the same registered metric evidence rather than inventing an event-specific price or ecosystem data source.

Evidence gaps remain gaps.

If a canonical observation is unavailable around a horizon, FlareSignal preserves that absence rather than interpolating an outcome and calling it measured.
